My humble opinion:

It's my personal choice because of each channel USB-Return!
So you are sending through USB Pre-Processing and Pre-Fader to your computer. That means your computer is receiveing a raw stream. This is practical if you want to "play stream Ping-Pong" between mixer and computer and recording finally the master-channel.

A plus for me: 4 Hi-Z Inputs.

What's very unusal: This device has no On/Off-switch. You need to plug and unplug it. No clue which engineer had this idea to save 5 cent.
